Knickerbocker Group is proud to announce it is working with the Boothbay Region Land Trust to maintain the natural beauty and character of the Boothbay Region by adopting Zak Preserve at Wildcat Creek in Edgecomb.
Knickerbocker Group and its employees are donating tools, skills and manpower to keep the preserve ready for hikers. It is also donating to the BRLT Endowment Fund.
The “Adopt a Preserve” Program appealed to Knickerbocker’s sense of community and appreciation for outdoor recreational activities. Construction Manager Steve Berger said, “it is a great way for us, as a group, to offer up our skills to care for one of the area’s greatest resources and have some fun at the same time!”
